How do I know if my order has been shipped?
When your order is ready for shipment, you will receive a confirmation email that includes your tracking number. You can use this number to easily track the status of your shipment and know exactly when to expect your order. Note that orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping.
When will my order arrive?
Orders made Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days once credit card authorization and verification are completed. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the next business day. Any orders placed after 9 am PST will be shipped on the following business day. Please note that we do not offer deliveries on Saturdays or Sundays.
Do you offer international shipping?
Absolutely! We offer international shipping to most countries. All international orders will be shipped via FedEx International.
Do I have to pay customs and additional fees for international shipments?
All international orders may incur additional shipping charges, including taxes, tariffs, and duties imposed by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid at the time of delivery. Jowu Giftshop Inc does not have information on customs or duties and is unable to estimate these charges. We recommend checking with the relevant local authorities before placing your order. Jowu Giftshop Inc is not responsible for any unpaid import taxes, and we will not issue refunds or exchanges for deliveries refused due to non-payment of these taxes.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
Currently, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes.
What happens if I refuse the package?
If you refuse a shipment, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees associated with the package, and the return shipping cost to Jowu Giftshop Inc. These charges will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
Do you replace lost or stolen packages?
We are unable to offer replacements or refunds for lost or stolen packages.

as soon as possible. We will do our best to update your address, provided the package has not yet shipped. Once the package has left our facility, we cannot reroute it.
If your package is missing, stolen, or lost in transit, please reach out to us for assistance with your claim. While we will support you in locating your package, we cannot provide refunds or replacements for lost or stolen items.
