Return Policy
We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate goal of customer satisfaction. We stand behind our goods and services and want our customers to be happy with them. We will always try to take care of our customers - our philosophy is to treat our customers fairly and reasonably. We have long believed that when we treat our customers fairly, they will treat us fairly. To process a refund, we require customers to provide proof of purchase with the original price.
Do I need to return it? We no longer send a return label with your order, but you can still print your own prepaid label, obtain a QR code to use at an eligible USPS location, or return it in-store.
We now accept returns of eligible items purchased in Jowu Giftshop Inc stores at those same store locations. However, items bought online at www.jowugiftshop.com cannot be returned or refunded in physical stores. Online purchases must be returned through the original online return process.
